Terms of Service

QuickPik (the “Service”, available at quickpik.app) is operated by 2morrow.ai, LLC (“QuickPik”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

We sell digital products (such as downloadable PDFs, templates, and workbooks) that are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, previews, and page counts are provided to help you decide before purchase.

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. Unless a product’s listing expressly grants broader rights, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the product or your download link with others;
• Reproduce or republish the product, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes;
• Claim authorship of the product or remove any attribution or notices;
• Use the Service or its content for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We and our licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the products and the Service.

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. By submitting an order you authorize the charge for the total shown, including any applicable taxes.

After successful payment, your download is made available electronically — typically via a secure link sent to the email address used at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download your purchase.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our products are for general informational and personal use and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2morrow.ai, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2morrow.ai, LLC from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We rely on third-party providers (including Stripe for payments and our hosting and email providers) to operate the Service. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located there, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
