• Contact details — your email address (and optional name) when you check out, subscribe to our newsletter, join the waitlist, request a free resource, or contact us.
• Order information — the products you buy, order totals, and your download history.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card) but never store your full card number.
• Account information — if and when customer accounts are open, your login email and authentication details (we never see your password).
• Content you submit — such as product reviews.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and similar data collected through cookies and security tooling (see our Cookie Notice).

• To process your orders, deliver your downloads, and provide customer support;
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations, download links);
