Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly. Because a digital download cannot be “returned” once you have access to it, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or otherwise accessed.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will repair or refund your order if:

• The file is faulty, corrupted, or won't open;
• You received the wrong product;
• The product is materially not as described on its listing.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details so we can fix the issue or, where appropriate, issue a refund.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase and beginning the download you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Email support@quickpik.app from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.
